Epicureans Of Florida is a private catering company based in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Owner Thierry Szymanski, an award-winning restaurateur from Corsica founded Epicureans Of Florida for the love of bringing people together over heavenly food, and you can taste that in every bite.
With a vast experience in hospitality, Thierry understands that “attention to detail is key” therefore he,
not only has a team of Elite private chefs but also servers, hostesses and mixologists that he picks very meticulously.
His team is composed of excellent and passionate individuals coming from different cultures and backgrounds.
From luxurious hand-crafted meals at home, to distinctive one-of-a-kind cocktail parties, our private chefs will ensure you get the epitome of fine dining.

Our Process
We'll ask a few questions and you'll probably have some of your own.
Based on your budget, likes/dislikes, allergies ect.. We will send you a menu proposal and a total
price, all inclusive of ingredients, cooking, serving and cleaning up.
We require a 50% deposit for your party and you are all set!
We will source the ingredients and do the food shopping.
We will arrive at your home 2/3 hours before the event to set everything up.
Every dish we serve is made from scratch, on the premises using the freshest ingredients in season.
We will use your pans and crockery, sometimes we might even bring our own.

Our team of professional servers will make you feel like you are in a fine dining restaurant, all in the comfort of your own home. For smaller parties the chef might even serve you himself.
Once all your dishes have been served, we will spend some time doing the washing-up and we will clean and sanitize your kitchen as well as the dining table.
You will wake-up to a clean and smiling kitchen!

We are a multi-disciplinary team of passionate and inventive individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing a unique set of skills and experience to our clients. We adopt a meticulous ethos when recruiting individuals, this assures you of talented, intelligent individuals who have the ability to fully immerse themselves into your event.
All our private chefs are from France and Italy and they have worked at the most prestigious restaurants around the world.
They are capable of creating beautiful dishes and promise to leave your guests in awe.
All services include food preparation, execution, set-up and clean up.
